General Server Rules

 

Respect All Players:

Treat other players with respect. Harassment, offensive language, and personal attacks will not be tolerated.

 

No Exploits or Cheats:

Any use of mods, cheats, or exploits that give players an unfair advantage will result in an immediate ban.

 

No RDM (Random Deathmatch):

You must have a valid roleplay reason to kill another player. Randomly killing players without RP reasoning is prohibited.

 

No VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch):

Do not use vehicles as weapons without a valid roleplay reason. Purposefully running over players is forbidden unless it fits the roleplay situation.

 

No FailRP:

Do not break character or engage in actions that are unrealistic for your role. For example, refusing to comply with law enforcement in realistic situations.

 

No Powergaming:

Powergaming is when you force actions onto others or act outside your character's abilities. Always allow others to react to your actions.

 

No Metagaming:

Using out-of-character knowledge (OOC) in-character (IC) is strictly prohibited. Information that you learn in OOC chat or Discord should not influence your in-game decisions.

 

No NSFW Content:

Any form of explicit or inappropriate content (images, videos, language) will lead to immediate action and may result in a ban.

 

No Spamming:

Spamming messages, emotes, or actions in-game is not allowed. This includes voice chat, text chat, or other forms of communication.

 

Roleplay Quality:

Engage in quality roleplay. Ensure your interactions are meaningful, realistic, and immersive for the server's community.

 

Griefing:

Griefing or intentionally ruining another player's roleplay experience (e.g., destroying their property, trolling, etc.) will result in punishment.

 

Be Mindful of Server Performance:

Avoid actions that could negatively affect server performance, such as excessive use of custom vehicles, unnecessary NPCs, or spamming certain game mechanics.

 

Buying in Game Money:

If anyone asked in game where did you get all the money from just say you won it gambling or a lottery or even a Scratchcard win as you can buy Scratchcards. or just say mind your own business.

 

Law Enforcement and Crime Regulations for CALMRP

 

General Laws (State of CALMRP)

 

Traffic Laws:

Speed Limits: Adhere to posted speed limits. Speeding can result in fines or arrest depending on the severity.

Stop Signs and Traffic Lights: All vehicles must stop at stop signs and red lights. Failure to do so can lead to a traffic ticket or arrest.

 

Seatbelts:

Seatbelt use is mandatory for all drivers and passengers.

 

Driving Under the Influence (DUI):

Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is illegal and punishable by arrest.

 

Public Disorder and Safety:

Public Intoxication: Walking or behaving erratically due to intoxication in public is prohibited. Officers can detain individuals for public intoxication.

 

Disturbing the Peace:

Excessive noise, violent behavior, and public disturbances can lead to fines or arrest for disorderly conduct.

 

Drugs:

Only Legal Drugs is Weed, But carrying more then 10 is count as procession to sell which is againist the law and only license premises are allowed to sell, any other drugs is againist the law. the police got the power to search you if you are in the area of a drug sale or match the discription.

 

Weapons and Firearms:

Open Carry: Open carry of firearms is not allowed without proper licenses and permits. Concealed carry is allowed for licensed citizens.

 

Unlawful Weapons:

Carrying or using illegal weapons such as unregistered firearms, explosives, or other contraband will lead to arrest.

 

Robbery and Theft:

Robbery: Robbery of businesses or individuals is a serious crime with severe consequences. Armed robbery, in particular, can lead to lengthy prison sentences.

 

Theft: Stealing from shops, cars, or individuals is punishable by fines, jail time, or both.

 

Murder and Assault:

Murder: Deliberate killing of another person is illegal and punishable by life imprisonment or the death penalty, depending on the server's setting.

 

Assault: Assault with a weapon or without one is illegal and can result in criminal charges, ranging from simple assault to aggravated assault.

 

Kidnapping:

Taking another person against their will is a serious offense. Kidnapping can lead to severe legal penalties.

 

Corruption:

Police Corruption: Police officers who abuse their power or act corruptly (e.g., accepting bribes, excessive use of force) will be investigated and punished accordingly.

 

Roleplay Specific Laws

 

Civilian Laws:

 

Trespassing:

Entering private property without permission is prohibited. Certain areas, like government buildings or private homes, are off-limits unless you have permission.

 

Civil Disputes:

Civil matters like small claims disputes, property damage, etc., should be handled in a court of law and cannot be settled violently.

 

Criminal Laws:

 

Drug Trafficking:

Selling or distributing illegal substances will lead to serious charges, including trafficking and distribution. Players caught engaging in these activities will face severe penalties.

 

Money Laundering: 

The use of illegal means to make illicit money appear legitimate is a crime and punishable by imprisonment or fines.

 

Court System:

 

Court Proceedings:

Criminal charges will be handled in a court of law. Players are entitled to a fair trial, and lawyers will represent them.

 

Bail System:

Players arrested may post bail if allowed by law enforcement or the court, provided they follow the appropriate legal channels.

 

Laws for Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs):

 

Use of Force:

Officers are only allowed to use force when absolutely necessary. Excessive use of force will be investigated, and consequences will follow.

 

Arrest Procedures:

Officers must follow proper arrest procedures, including reading Miranda rights before detaining an individual.

 

Search and Seizure:

A warrant is required to search private property unless there are reasonable grounds for suspicion (e.g., evidence in plain sight).

 

Server Economy Laws

 

Bank Robbery:

Robbing banks, ATMs, or financial institutions is illegal. Any person involved in such crimes will face harsh penalties.

 

Money Laundering:

Any player found laundering money, whether through illegal businesses or other means, will face criminal charges.

 

Business Licenses:

Operating certain businesses requires the proper licensing. Failure to obtain these licenses can result in the closure of the business and fines.

 

Community Rules and Conduct

 

No OOC (Out-of-Character) Behavior in IC (In-Character):

All OOC behavior must take place in designated channels (e.g., Discord). Do not confuse in-character actions with out-of-character conversation.

 

Server Events and Roleplay:

Community-organized events and large roleplay scenarios are encouraged, but players must respect the integrity of the event and not disrupt it for personal enjoyment.

 

Respect Admins and Moderators:

Admins and moderators have the final say in disputes. If you disagree with a decision, appeal it through the proper channels.

 

Enforcement of Rules

 

Warnings:

Minor rule violations will result in warnings.

 

Temporary Bans:

Serious violations can lead to a temporary ban.

 

Permanent Bans:

Repeated offenses or very serious violations can lead to permanent bans.

 

Appeals:

Players who believe they were banned unjustly can submit an appeal via the server’s website or Discord.
