About the CALMRP EMS Department

 

The CALMRP EMS Department is dedicated to providing professional and compassionate emergency medical services to the citizens of CALMRP. Our EMS Ranks

We have six ranks within the EMS department, each offering new challenges, responsibilities, and rewards. Here’s how our ranking system works:

 

Recruit:
Starting as a Recruit, you’ll undergo basic EMS training and familiarize yourself with your duties. You’ll be paired with more experienced EMS officers to learn the ropes.

 

Paramedic:
As a Paramedic, you’ll be responsible for providing emergency medical services on-site. You’ll assist injured or ill players, stabilize patients, and transport them to medical facilities.

 

Senior Paramedic:
Senior Paramedics take on additional duties, including overseeing patient care during transport, supervising lower-ranking EMS staff, and assisting with emergency procedures.

 

Medic Supervisor:
The Medic Supervisor is in charge of a group of paramedics. You’ll coordinate medical responses, provide guidance, and ensure your team follows proper procedures in emergencies.

 

EMS Captain:
As an EMS Captain, you will oversee the entire EMS division. You’ll manage operations, allocate resources, and ensure that emergency medical responses are efficient and effective across the board.

 

Chief of EMS:
The Chief of EMS is the highest-ranking officer within the department. As the Chief, you have full control over the department’s operations, recruitment, policies, and leadership, without any interference from the admins.

Chief of EMS: Leadership Role

 

The Chief of EMS holds the highest rank in the EMS department and is fully responsible for leading the team. As the Chief, you will:

Recruit and Promote: Manage recruitment and promotions, selecting the best candidates for each rank.

 

Coordinate Operations: Oversee all EMS operations, ensuring that medical responses are efficient and effective.

 

Autonomy: The Chief of EMS operates independently, without any admin involvement, and has the authority to run the department as they see fit.

 

EMS Officer Guidelines
